SRDA's first project in landscape design. 55 acres of beautful contoured site enveloping a lake to be plotted out for 26 farmhouse plots. The scope is limited to master planning, farmhouse schematics, road and pathway design and MEP services. The designs look at a sectional coverage of tree types, flora and fauna based on flowering seasons, color, fragrance and fruits. The road is carefully computed to minimize the cut and fill and gently rolls over the landscape unravelling views and experiences from an automobile or on foot. There are two bridges designed that mediate the chasms between the undulating land between them. The exploration also involves the design of farm house prototypes that respond to the landscape through formal variations in roofs, walls and plinths.
