Hi land kolkata - Multiple Housing

A renovation of entire faade of an existing built skeleton. A project of skins explored in monochromatic texturing with stone and metal. The residential tower is located Bali-ganj, Kolkata. The idea of the skin was inspired by barcodes tectonically conceived through stone giving a bold, suave and monolithic look to the facade. The vertical circulation is made transperant through the use of laser cut aluminum panels that allow light to filter in.
