Hariharan house - Single Housing

This house for renowned Indian classical singer, Hari Haran, is situated on the edge of a stream and it is conceived as combination of a contemporary box and a pitched roof structure forked to accommodate a fan shaped swimming pool in between. The house is devised as a series of spaces to create a narrative of a tactile spaces. Large openings blur the edge of the inside with the outside allowing the outdoors integrate with the indoors.
